Our goal is to make life easier for our clients.
TripBuilder Media was founded in 1988 as a promotional travel guide company offering custom travel guides and maps to large associations and Fortune 500 companies for use as informational handouts at major events and conferences. Hence our name.
Around 2007, as the mode of information delivery shifted to the mobile field, so did we. And in 2009 we leveraged our knowledge of the event market and transitioned into technology as a means of providing event information. We quickly evolved into an industry leader in the mobile event app field while also staying true to our roots of providing curated travel content to build attendee engagement.
Today we have expanded our reach to focus on apps that engage organizations and their members not just for three days of an event, but for all their needs every day of the year. In March of 2019 TripBuilder Media was acquired by Community Brands, a leading provider of cloud-based software for associations, nonprofit, schools and faith based organizations, and will complement Community Brands existing portfolio of "best in breed" event tech solutions. The Community Brands Event Tech Solution Suite provides an all encompassing set of solutions to handle an event from the planning phrase through on-site delivery and post show reporting.
And while we're all about building engagement for our clients, we make sure employee engagement stays high as well. Our beautiful Connecticut offices boast floor to ceiling windows that make for a lovely workday. And when we need to step out of the office? We walk five minutes to the beach or to the downtown area overlooking the Saugatuck River for a break and a breath of fresh air. We even have our own kayak slip! Our team knows how to take advantage of the great outdoors—even while working hard to change the face of organization communication.
