The World Of TripBuilder Media: Seattle

Seattle

Our research team just went to Seattle. Yes, that’s what we do ““ we don’t just create mobile event apps, we make the overall experience great. So we uncover the best and the brightest, the most hidden of gems, in major event cities. And here are some of the faves we discovered. Trek to the quirky Fremont neighborhood to hit up Revel, an Asian fusion eatery beyond compare. The pork belly pancake is a winner, as are any of the noodle dishes. Round out your experience at their new 20-seat bar, Quoin, or head two blocks around the corner to the Theo Chocolate Factory retail store to sample weird and wonderful flavors like fig fennel and burnt caramel. Capitol Hill ““ Seattle’s nightlife destination ““ is no slacker in the eatery department. Tops on our list include the counter at Taylor Shellfish Farm, for some of the best oysters in the city. Follow that up with a glass of wine, and perhaps a steak frites or two, at under-the-radar Cafe Presse, a laid back French bistro known for its casual vibe, and good, well priced fare. If you still have some nights left, make it out to Ballard, about ten minutes from downtown. Tucked into an old shipping warehouse you’ll find cool and casual Staples and Fancy Mercantile for pasta, and next door Walrus and Carpenter for oysters. Check back often as we report from some of our favorite cities….and know that when you use any of our conference apps, you’re not just getting up to the minute event info, you’re getting the total city package.
